One. For your head // Stay warm with these delightfully cozy and sophisticated beanies from one of my favorite Italian brands, Inverni. If you're not a beanie person, you can get earmuffs like me from Banana Republic

Two. For your brain. // Keep your brain sharp by following the popular podcast "Serial"

"Serial is a podcast where we unfold one nonfiction story, week by week, over the course of a season. We'll stay with each story for as long as it takes to get to the bottom of it.We'll release new episodes every Thursday morning. Listeners can subscribe for free to the Serialpodcast on iTunes and other audio platforms, and can also listen here on this site."

Three. For your lips. // I don't know if it is something I ate or am I the only one with crazily chapped right now?! I usually rotate between Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 and Aquaphor, but lately that isn't cutting it. I feel like I am going to need something strong to help the sitch. To make matters worse, I wear a lot of lipstick. I can't sacrifice a perfect pout for bare chapped/ chapstick lips. Here are my favorite lip products for winter.

Four. For your hands. // Wash, lotion, polish, repeat. Or skip it all and throw on a pair of these Valentino gloves. (I just tried them on last week at Curve on Fillmore and they run a little small, fyi). They are on the top of my wish list for Santa.

Five. For your feet. // I could go on and on about shoes here, obviously. But I am just going to stick with slippers and socks. I am the sock queen. I looooooove cozy socks. They make walking on the cold hardwood floors so much easier. At the top of my list for a perfect pair for yourself or someone you love, I suggest these Kate Spade slippers. They make it feel like a party when you are sitting at home alone watching bad tv. Plus, you can't beat the price.

Six. For your heart. // The holidays are always full of feel good stories. Even the commercials are so touching. I love it when the kids realize how much they love their parents. It makes you wish there was Chicken Soup for the Christmas Soul. Oh wait! There is!! I'm looking for a new book to read this holiday season. Please send suggestions my way. If that's not your style, Paul Walker's daughter's Instagram on the one-year anniversary of his death is very heart warming.

Seven. For your belly! // It's holiday time-- which means LOTS of dinners, parties, and dinner parties! SF Restaurants and places that are on the top of my list for December (let's see how many I get to): Mission Rock Resort, Coqueta, Gary Danko, and Rich Table. For the cheaper side: Trick Dog, Farm Shop, and The Rotunda at Neiman Marcus.

Eight. For curling up on the couch. // There's nothing like curling up on the couch and watching a movie while it rains outside. We ordered our couch last week and they just notified us that it won't arrive until the end of December. I hope that it arrives Christmas Eve! It will be just like every Christmas movie when the miracle happens at the very last minute. Luckily, we have some arm chairs and a loveseat in our living room. Here are the blankets I am loving for the holidays.

Nine. For your stomach. // Since giving up coffee in April, I've found that I've been a hot chocolate  connoisseur! My favorite is from Craftsman and Wolves, but be warned! It is very rich! I also love a good coco from Starbucks. I was talking to a barista today and she told me that they add chocolate pumps and a pump of vanilla. I had no idea! I feel like unknowingly she just divulged the biggest secret in the Starbucks franchise! It's like finally knowing the recipe for Coke!!!

Ten. For your feet. // Okay, I can't not talk about shoes for long. Here are the shoes (some you've seen before) that I am absolutely in love with and would love to add to my closet.
