PERFECT PITCH: SF GIANTS.

When most people think about AT&T Park they think of the world's best garlic fries, splash hits into McCovey Cove, and a venue for Tim Lincecum to show his stuff. But kids who grew up in San Francisco remember the park's predecessor, CandleStick. We reminisce about taking the 49 muni to The Stick and sitting through Giants games in the misty, cold weather. Since we always stayed until the end of the game, we #SF natives have grown very territorial over our hometown team-- we feel like we have earned it.

AT&T park has been a great addition to the best city ever. It's funny to think that the ball park that everyone loves for Opera in the Park, Kayne West proposals, Jay and Bey concerts, and World Series games almost didn't exist. Before the ball park was built there was a measure on the ballot to approve it's location. Some people were so against the ball park and had bright orange signs stating, "NO ON B" every where! I remember as a kid thinking that a ball park on the water would be such a great idea; I like to think of myself as a visionary! Whatever their original stance on the ball park, I think it's safe to say that AT&T Park is a hit!

When going to watch the Giants, I always like to dress comfortably and warm! My favorite place to pick up Giants gear is Sports Basement. Make sure you check out Sports Basement for all of your game day attire!
