PERFECT 10 PICKS.

HAPPY MAY!!! WHITE RABBIT!! ONE MONTH UNTIL MY DUE DATE! FRIYAY!! OR FRIMAY! Can you tell I am excited and in a great mood! Looking forward to a wonderful month of enjoying life as things wrap up. April was overall good, but I had a few bumps with my sinus infection and computer problems. I am looking forward to an awesome month! Today I am sharing ten things that are on my mind. Enjoy! xo, Caroline

One // I've already gotten a head start on my Mother's Day shopping! My favorite place to shop is Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto. Follow StanfordShop on Instagram for my #StanfordTakeover!

Two // Did you see my previous post on the Academy of Art New York Fashion Week Show? You can read it here! You can also read the piece they wrote on me for their site here. I can't wait to attend their end of the year show on May 14 to see their graduates' final collections! Learn more about the show by checking on Fashion School Daily for updates!

Three // Not sure if I want to do these things even more so because I can't due to pregnancy, but I have strong urges to: go to Disneyland, ride a bike, climb Half Dome, and paint our bedroom. I feel like this is the opposite of nesting?

Four // One of my favorite local shoe designers is Anyi Liu. I've written about her here. I think she has such a fascinating story and love that she uses her chemistry background to make comfortable and stylish shoes. I also saw her shoes featured in the most recent Oprah Magazine! Very proud of her (oh, we've never met, but I feel connected to her! Hopefully I can meet her soon)!

Five // I am thrilled that I was recently able to check something off of my to-do list: finishing the continuing education coursework requirements for renewing my California Real Estate License. I got my license in March of 2011. I actually took the test on St. Patrick's Day and ended up going to Las Vegas that afternoon with Jesse. It was our first trip together and I'm pretty sure the first time I met most of his college friends, including Sheila! So many memories from that trip! It was special because you always remember your first trip with your boyfriend that becomes your husband that becomes your baby's daddy! We both look back fondly on that trip and how close we became as a result. Jesse and I have always loved traveling together and I can't wait to take a few trips soon! Summer is going to be amazing!

Six // Talk about crossing another thing off of my to-do list: this Saturday is my FINAL training workshop for my USF traineeship program!!!! I have had meetings, workshops, or classes on Saturdays for the past three years and I am looking forward to this being my absolute last one!!!

Seven // Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I can't help my start mine with an acai bowl from Sidewalk Juice! I usually pop over to their Mission location on 21st and Valencia and grab a delicious acai bowl or smoothie! I highly recommend them!

Eight // I was recently introduced to Lizzy James by a fellow USD alumna who works there and am absolutely in love. The jewelry is handmade in California and is gorgeous! Lizzy's story is even more remarkable- when she was diagnosed with cancer she had to give up her photography job and the heavy lifting for something less physically challenging. You can read her full story here! I love that the pieces take all the hassle out of trying to achieve that perfect arm party look! I've been wearing the Lizzy Classic Gold-plate 5 Strand Bracelet and love how every day chic it is!

Nine // The weather in San Francisco yesterday was UNREAL! I was saying to Jesse we should have gone to Off the Grid Twilight Picnic in the Presidio! We are definitely going to do the next time it's warm out like this!!

Ten // I'm excited to announce that I have a fun giveaway starting on Monday with Petunia Pickle Bottom Bags! Stay tuned!! Scope out some of my favorite #PPB bags below in the meantime!
